cancellation policy/no show policy:

If you buy a reading It is refundable within the first 24 hours unfulfilled. If you buy a reading and schedule an appointment and you cancel or if you are a no-show, it is nonrefundable. You will receive a store credit that you can use to schedule a reading once again one time on your reschedule you are still a no-show. It is a no refund and no rescheduling of your appointment.
